Active Member Benefits
The NJDCEA represents over 75 job titles in the Unified Court System. Our member work locations are in White Plains and Yonkers City Courts; Supreme, County, Family, Surrogate, and Drug Courts in Westchester and Rockland County; the office of the Commissioner of Jurors; and Law Libraries.
Retired Members
When an active member retires from the UCS employment, coverage under the Welfare Fund transitions to retiree coverage. Coverage for retirees and their dependents ends upon the death of the retiree or when the retiree is no longer eligible to have contributions to the Fund by the UCS.
