Constitution
The Constitution is the governing document for the association. It sets forth the number of officers, directors, delegates and each of their respective duties. The most recent revision of the Constitution will be presented to the membership for ratification on September 14, 2022.
Contract
The current contract between NJDCEA and the Office of Court Administration is a 5 year contract.
It runs from April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2026.
